ECA's Hal Halpin on Shift Radio at Noon Eastern Time - Listen & Call In !!

June 27, 2008 -

Entertainment Consumers Association President Hal Halpin will be today's guest on Shift Radio - Your Digital Life in Overdrive.

Host Chris Melissinos will interview Hal and listeners can call in with questions. Hal will discuss what the ECA does for the gaming community and how gamers can get involved.

Chris also promised to discuss "a cool gadget..."

Can we phone in and ask why when Fox news kicked off over Mass Effect the ECA just stood there with its pants around its ankles and said nothing and it was only when the fans did something that anything happened? Can he justify why people should continue to pay fees to an organisation that's done basically nothing about the largest controvercies to hit gaming in a long time and the general lack of correct reporting from major news outlets?

Just wondering.

Hey Luscan,

I think you might be mixing up the ESA and the ECA in their reactions to this story. The ECA did in fact stand up against FOX News by doing a press release, media interviews and calling on Fox to retract the story.
