Bah, ECA. Humbug!
Re: Happy Holidays from the ECA!
Happy holidays to one and all
Re: Happy Holidays from the ECA!
Err why the full disclosure part? Fair enough on most news stories involving the ECA but "Here's a christmas card" would be hard for even jack thompson to twist into something other than a christmas card.
Well twist convincingly anyway
Well now that I think of it he'd have a hard time convincing me that grass is green...
Re: Happy Holidays from the ECA!
I've always read the full disclosure thing as an FU to those that would try to twist or spin something out of it, like Jack... but not limited to him.
Re: Happy Holidays from the ECA!
Happy holidays to the ECA. I hope that I will be a member soon... first I need to get some IP's out there...
Re: Happy Holidays from the ECA!
Merry Christmas everyone!

Re: Happy Holidays from the ECA!
My girl Katy's on there (bottom row, third from left). Yay! ^_^
Re: Happy Holidays from the ECA!
Ugh, I can't stand her. Talk about total overexposure for someone who's not even that talented.

Re: Happy Holidays from the ECA!
Couldn't have said the bottom row on the right? Not like there are any other girls on there or anyone to the right of her.

Re: Happy Holidays from the ECA!
At the risk of sounding like an ingrate . . . ain't nothing worse than getting a Christmas card with no money in it.
Re: Happy Holidays from the ECA!
IF you guys want to know the positions and names of those in this card (and to see what Dennis looks like) here is the link:

It seems that Dennis is not on this card for some reason. Probably because he not technically part of the ECA management team.

Re: Happy Holidays from the ECA!
I, for one, am really curious what the average working day at the ECA is like. Looking at that picture, first thought that went through my head was...."....What do these people do again?"
Oh well. I prefer not to get wrapped up in denominational holidays anyway. It's easier to just say, "Merry, (as good an excuse to get drunk as any) day."
Re: Happy Holidays from the ECA!
Fuck that.
Merry Christmas and happy Hannukah.

I concur. I'm sick of all this PC bullshit.

Re: Happy Holidays from the ECA!
Me three! If it's Christmas in your faith, you say Merry Christmas to everyone, if you're Jewish you say Happy Hannukah to everyone, if you're Moslem you say whatever the Moslems say at this time of year and if you're an atheist you say... we'' I've no idea - but anyway you say it. I don't see why anyone needs to get offended by the fact that different people have different customs. Diversity is a GOOD thing.
So Merry Christmas everyone!
Re: Happy Holidays from the ECA!
Atheists tend to use "happy holidays" unless they're the militant type. So you think they should have put however many slogans anybody in the ECA might use on the card? That could get abit cluttered. Happy Holidays gets the point across with minimal objection from everybody but the LCDs.
Re: Happy Holidays from the ECA!
Nice pic!

That's what I think it is, but I only saw his picture only once.
Re: Happy Holidays from the ECA!
Are you sure? If that is him, they are using a different photo from his profile photo on the team ECA page. Everyone else is a cut out of their profile photo.
It's hard to tell with the low resolution of the displayed graphic.
