Last week, an environmentalist protesting the expansion of Heathrow Airport threw a cup of green custard at British Business Secretary Lord Mandelson outside the Royal Society in London.

The protester, Leila Dean, 29, has been arrested by Scotland Yard over the incident.

T-Enterprise has now posted an online game lampooning the Mandelson sliming. Players toss custard at Lord Mandelson to score points. Hitting former Deputy Prime Minister John Prescott, however, may earn the player a punch in the nose. Prescott once slugged a protester who threw an egg at him.

So, people do beat the crap out of protesters.  Go Prescott, I guess.

Re: Online Game Recreates Environmentalist's Sliming of British

Well it was more one punch that just missed the protestor but to be fair the protestor was a douchebag and Prescott took a swing while turning.

IMA FIRIN MAH LASER!!!

Re: Online Game Recreates Environmentalist's Sliming of ...

Actually public support for the expansion of Heathrow is split. Don't try to make this out to be that only the "evil" environmentalists are the only ones against it.

(If they spent money on catching real criminals then Mandelson would be arrested! He is the most corrupt politician going).

Re: Online Game Recreates Environmentalist's Sliming of ...

thats right guys.. good to know that the police are working hard in the uk to prosecute dangerous custard throwers.

*sigh* yes it shouldnt have been done , yes it 'could have potentially been acid' or something. but it wasnt .. it was custard.. geeeez. Spend taxpayers money on catching real criminal

Re: Online Game Recreates Environmentalist's Sliming of ...

Environmentalism is a cult/religion on par with Scientology. Don't bother asking "why" they do things, or if they've thought them through. Because they're mostly insane and believe that they're utterly infallible. Like all religious fanatics.

Re: Online Game Recreates Environmentalist's Sliming of British

Anybody who's actually flown through Heathrow would agree with me when I say that this environmentalist is completly insane.

Heathrow has some of the world's heaviest airline traffic, with only >>>2<<< runways. It has been trying to build more for decades now and thanks to stuff like this, it's failed, up till now.

Also, building more runways would reduce the waiting time for aircraft in the air and on the ground [my records are 45 minutes ground and 2 hours air]. This would reduce the aircraft's fuel consumption and emmission and would actually have a POSITIVE impact. Chances are, she just lives nearby and wants to whine about the noise instead of not being bloody stupid and move.

Re: Online Game Recreates Environmentalist's Sliming of British

Don't care what your cause is, if you're throwing substances on people and issuing threats, then you don't really believe in it.

Do these "environmentalists" look at the chemicals i nthe slime or red paint they throw on people? I doubt it, otherwise they woudln't do it knowing the dripping paint may go into a storm drain.

Re: Online Game Recreates Environmentalist's Sliming of ...

i agree with your point kinda.

But it was custard. Its food. If its good enough to eat its good enough to go down drains.

Re: Online Game Recreates Environmentalist's Sliming of ...

This seems rather pathetic really. Whiny environmentalist... -_-

Re: Online Game Recreates Environmentalist's Sliming of British

Jack Thompson, Keith Vaz, all pale in comparison to Mandelson, the most evil politician around.
