Game Trading Portal GameForAGame.com Goes Beta

November 17, 2010 -

Game trading website GameForAGame.com, is alive, kicking and ready for business. The game trading website allows users to make straight trades with other gamers. Those that sign up for the site now will get a lifetime membership, if you need some motivation.

GameForAGame.com offers gamers a venue to trade games with one another without worrying about money, trade-in points or other factors usually associated with one-to-one game trading sites. Gamers simply sign up, list the games they want to trade and the games they want to trade for.

The site is currently in beta. After the beta period ends, a one-year membership will cost you $20. The site even has an option to meet local gamers and trade in person if that is your preference. Finally, the site offers a search function by zip code, console, game name and member name.

Find out more or sign up by visiting www.gameforagame.com.

Andrew EisenIf it's any consolation, Xbox owners, Wii U owners don't get the game at all. And if we did, we'd probably never get the DLC.10/30/2014 - 4:19pm

E. Zachary KnightSo a vocational school in Oklahoma is being evacuated because someone found a briefcase in the bathroom. Imagine that. A briefcase ina school. That's unpossible.10/30/2014 - 3:33pm

prh99I got it in a Humble Bundle, it's ok but the hype is definitely over blown. Also, only being able dig in the four cardinal directions made for some irksome digging..10/30/2014 - 2:38pm
E. Zachary KnightI enjoyed it. It was very short, but rewarding and fun.10/30/2014 - 2:35pm
Andrew EisenAgainst my better judgement (game looks boring to me), I purchased Steamworld Dig. It's highly praised and it was on sale. Hopefully I'll be wrong about it and think it's as awesome as everyone else.10/30/2014 - 2:09pm
