Super Podcast Action Committee - Episode 0

April 30, 2012 -

Andrew Eisen, E. Zachary Knight, and I have been toying with the idea of doing a podcast for quite some time, and after much discussion, consternation, and a couple of dry runs with the process of recording and editing one, we've finally come up with our first episode. We're calling it the "Super Podcast Action Committee," mainly because we like the idea of being part of a Super PAC, but without all the red tape and influence peddling.

Our first episode shows how green we are, but we have a fairly decent discussion about some interesting topics including E. Zachary Knight's recent trip with the ECA to Washington D.C., an examination of two recent lawsuits (Ubisoft v. the author of the book "Link," and the California mom v. Facebook), and a discussion on the media's fascination with Anders Behring Breivik’s statement that he trained to kill by playing Call of Duty.

We know this first episode isn't perfect and that is why I have called it "episode 0," so please be gentle. We would love your feedback, comments and suggestions, so follow this link to find out more about the Super PAC.

I should also note that even though we mention somewhere in this episode that the "Super PAC" is sponsored by GamePolitics, it is not, nor do the opinions expressed in it represent the opinions of GP or the ECA.

70 minutes? Sorry.....

Re: Super Podcast Action Committee - Episode 0

Yeah, that is pretty long. We are working on cutting the time down quite a bit. Hopefully in the 45-60 minute range.

It stinks!

Lobbying that is ^_~

Copyright infringement is nothing more than civil disobedience to a bad set of laws. Let's renegotiate them.
