Sony Online Entertainment has opened registration for its annual fan event, SOE Live. In its 12th year, SOE Live is a fan gathering for the entire SOE community to celebrate their favorite games and connect with other players and the games' developers. Taking place at Bally's in Las Vegas October 18-21, SOE Live will celebrate the communities of such games as DC Universe Online, EverQuest, EverQuest II, Free Realms, Magic: The Gathering - Tactics, PlanetSide 2, PoxNora, Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures, and Vanguard: Saga of Heroes.
While full details on the activities planned for this year’s event were not revealed SOE promises keynote presentations, a silent auction, discussion panels, the 3rd annual Pool Party, a Kids Zone featuring Free Realms and Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures activities, EverQuest II and PlanetSide 2 tournaments, laser tag, costume contests, and EverQuest and DC Universe Live Online events.
Fans can purchase single-day passes, evening passes or all-access passes. Those who register by August 1 will receive an early registration discount, and admittance is free for children 12 and under.
