Kickstarter Campaign for iMpulse Launches

September 20, 2012 -

The official Kickstarter campaign for iMpulse launched this morning, with the aim of raising some much needed capital for this pocket-sized Bluetooth controller designed specifically for iOS and Android-based gaming.

The designers of the device say that it is small enough to fit on a keychain, has a camera remote function, uses Bluetooth 2.1, works on all iOS devices and current Android devices, is ambidextrous, and that two iMpulse controllers can work on a single device.

You can learn more about the iMpulse controller for mobile devices at www.impulsecontroller.com.

As of this writing, the Kickstarter has already raised $4,430 of its $49,999 goal from 130 backers with 44 more days to go. If you think having a controller that is compatable with your favorite mobile device is a great idea, then you should support this product...

Re: Kickstarter Campaign for iMpulse Launches

nearly 100% of mobile games are designed for touch screens. I cant think of a single game I play which would be made better by this controller.

Kudos if they get it off the ground, but seriously... this is like when Nintendo released the broadband adaptor for the gamecube. Kart before the horse.

I can think of a number of games I play on my phone that would benefit from a controller. Most of them have those blasted touch screen controls.
