Sony is bringing four existing PlayStation 3 and PS Vita games to the PS4, but if you already own the games on either system you'll get them for free when they launch. The four games are Flow, Flower, Escape Plan, and Sound Shapes. All of them will be coming to the PS4 next month.
Flower developer thatgamecompany announced earlier in the year that it had turned over development duties on porting the game to other Sony platforms. Flower will be available on both PS Vita and PS4 on Nov. 15, effectively making it a launch title for Sony's new console. The new version will be playable in 1080p at 60 frames per second. Music-based platformer Sound Shapes will also launch on the PS4 on Nov. 15.
Flow is coming to the PS Vita as well as PS4; it will be released for both systems on Nov. 29. Also coming to PS4 on the same day is Escape Plan, which was a launch title for the PS Vita in North America last year; Sony says that it is "reworking" the game's touch controls for the DualShock 4.
All four games will be Cross-Buy titles across PS4, PS3 and PS Vita, excluding Escape Plan, which isn't coming to PS3.
