GTA V PC Petition Garners Over 650K Signatures

January 14, 2014 - GamePolitics Staff

The petition on Change.org asking Rockstar Games to port Grand Theft Auto V to PC has surpassed 650,000 signatures. That's 50,000 more than the 600,000 the petition had way back in October of 2012.

The petition seeks to compel Rockstar Games to bring the game to the PC - something the company was likely planning on doing sometime this year anyway. As a general rule Rockstar usually waits 6 - 10 months after the release of the console versions of its games to release the PC version of the game (that's what the company did with GTA IV).

For now the company has not indicated that it has any plans to bring the game to the PC, but it would be shocking at this point if it didn't.

We will have more on this story as it develops.

It would also be shocking if it ported the game to the Wii U.
